So my brother was in a small car accident over the weekend (he only needed stitches in his ear he’s fine) and obviously I love him and I care for him

But this lady who is a part of a family we do NOT like came up and asked how he’s doing and like asked “is he back in school? Is he badly hurt?”

And so I said “he’s okay, he’s fine” and made a joke and said “oh he’s a big baby” AS A JOKE

And she goes “..oh that’s horrible, honey..” as my mom goes “hey-“ and like

So what are your general views on vaccines

I’m not anti-vax, I wanna make that clear.

I may have an influenced view, but my mom (a doctor) never got me vaccinated. I’m not saying “OUUGH VACCINES ARE BAD FOR YOU AND YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED-“ No. your body, your choice.

But when I’ve asked my mom about it, she explained that some of the substances in vaccines (aside from the dead virus) are things like thimerosal (a form of mercury) and formaldehyde and honestly she didn’t want that in her kid. And honestly, I don’t either

And obviously, to be effective, the vaccine does need to have dead virus cells in the vaccine.

Im not vaccinated; I’ve only had 2 shots ever…a Vitamin K shot as a baby and an anesthesia shot when I was 8.

Once again, I’m not anti-vax! I just agree with my moms views

Honestly the favoritism is SO real in my family.

This is going to be a rant post, so you don’t have to read it. It’ll be under the cut.

First, for context, I have an older brother (15 soon 16) and a little brother (11 soon 12) and I’m the middle (14) plus only daughter

How is it that when my OLDER BROTHER does bad in school, I get my phone taken away as well???? I have all As and the only thing my teachers said was I talk a little too much. So now we can’t have our phones during the day, not even for music.

NEXT, he’s an absolute JERK to me and my little brother, yet my parents tell us to ‘suck it up’ because “he’s making an effort, you need to learn to appreciate that”

Plus, if I ask for something as simple as turning the ac down in the car, I have to “deal with it” but we always have to cater to what HE wants

Not to even mention the fact that I always have to redo all the chores because he and my lil bro do them so badly? Whenever there is something to do, I do it. But if I’m winding down in my room, I’m “hiding” and “need to spend more time with everyone” when my brothers are downstairs playing video games all day/night!!!!!

Whenever my brothers are grounded or not allowed on games, then I have to get off too!! Because “well your brothers can’t be on so why should you be on?” BECAUSE I DIDNT FUCKING MESS UP!!!!! IM NOT ON PUNISHMENT!!!!!!!
